About the Job – As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for –
- Full cycle accounting from record to reports for our clients.
- Supervising and reviewing the work of staff accountants.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients.
- Research issues and provide accounting solutions to clients.
- Report to Controller.
Requirements – An ideal accounts manager should meet the following requirements –
- Very strong grip over accounting and finance concepts.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and G-Suite.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prepare, review and analyse financial statements.
- Knowledge of GAAP and Accrual Accounting.
- Detail oriented and good with numbers.
Apart from the technical skills, the candidate must possess professionalism, discipline, humility and a positive attitude.
Interview Process – Interview process will involve two levels of skills test and personal interview.
